A natural boundary is formed with natural geographic features, such as mountain ranges and rivers. They often become political boundaries. However, political boundaries are boundaries between countries, and they do not really care about natural geographic features, like mountain ranges. They just draw out in the land by politicians.

Im guessing that a natural landscape is...well natural. physical landscape is manmade.
Physical* Physical maps show the features of the map. Lakes, mountains, etc. Political maps show the boundaries of the countries/states. They also name them.
The difference between physical and human features is that physical features are features created by nature, e.g. mountains, and the human features are the features that are man-made, such as architecture. In geographical features, I am not sure about child health, physical features describes the land. Human features describes the culture, homes, jobs, etc. of that area.
There are a few natural features that form a physical boundary between Europe and Asia. One of them is the Ural River.
