What is the difference between Autocomplete and autosuggest?

when you type some thing in textbox and below the similar words are shown which mached the word you typed,this is known as autosuggest.e.g

if you type word 'pak'

and below Pakistan is shown.

Similarly if you type some thing in text box and it automatically completed means not shown below as suggetion.

this is known as autoComplete extender.
