The short answer would be to multiply the price of a pack of 20 by the number of days in 68 years, i.e. Pack Price x 3 x 365 x 68 (plus a bit for leap years). But in practice it is impossible to say, because cigarettes go up in price, like most consumer goods. E.g. in the early 1960s, in the UK a pack of 20 cost around 22 to 30 pence, now it costs around £4 or £5.
