You will have to shoot to find out.
I don't know about the Federal ammo, but for the Winchester 180 fail safe ammo it would be 3.0 for the a-bolt and 10.0 for the BAR. Hope this works for you. Hundreds of different companies make BULLETS (which is the part of a CARTRIDGE that gets fired out of the barrel) There are also hundreds of companies that make cartridges- Remington, Federal, Winchester, CCI, Prvi Partisan, Eley, Nobel, Lapua, American Eagle- and a LOT more. Many governments also make their own cartridges for military arms.
Assuming you mean .22 rimfire CARTRIDGES, just looking at my ammo storage, I have CCI, Winchester, Federal, Remington, Lapua, Eley, Wolf, Nobel, Fiocchi, and RWS. Think there are a couple of boxes of Chinese and Russian in there as well. And there are other brands.
Winchester made the M-1 Carbine for the Federal Goverment from Sept.1942 thru August of 1945.
Yes, in the US. Federal law requires you to be 21 to purchase ammunition for a handgun. .
I just bought 2 boxes of Federal bulk 550 - 22 long rifle bullets - 36 gr. for just under $15.00 a box at Walmart.
Call Browning and ask.

federal law prohibits convicted felons from possession of firearms and/or ammunition and so do most states.
Who is the maker on the box?(Remington,Federal,CCI,Fiocchi) I dont know what you mean by stainless lead bullets. Is there any markings on the box that say what kind of ammo you have? Need more info to answer.
