Go with linoleum.
Ceramic tile will last longer but it doesn't clean easy and it stains.
Any sort of organic, like wood bamboo or cork are susceptible to moisture and stains.
I don't care what the salesman told you, those laminates like Pergo will only last 5 years.
(if you're lucky and very clean)
Go with VCT (vinyl composite tile) over a new sub-floor
or good old fashioned linoleum.
Not the "self-sticking" tiles, the heavy sheet stuff.
...and get a pro to install it, it's worth the expense because it will last forever.
You get what you pay for.
