Many lip balms have colour to act both as a lip moisturiser and a lip gloss/stain. If you want a subtle look, I recommend the Sephora egg balm, or the lipice colour balm. Another way to keep your lips moisturised but also have lipstick on is to put on a layer of lip balm first, before putting on your lipstick/lip gloss.
