No real SN data on these- although it is being compiled. The US Revolver guns were a less expensive version of the Iver Johnson guns (yes, made by Iver Johnson) but lacked newer design features of the improved IJs, such as hammer block safeties. They were made from ABOUT 1900 up to about 1940. Values are not very high, and will depend on condition. Please have ANY gun that may be 100 years old inspected by a competent gunsmith before shooting it.

Between 1910 and 1930. Many (all?) of these were meant to fire blackpowder cartridges only--Modern smokeless powder may not be safe, and it will accelerate wear to the gun.
Look under Iver Johnson Arms and Cycle Company. Their hammerless revolver was sold under several trade names, including US Revolver Co. You can probably find one for sale on one of the online auction sites.
