to find the age, take the gun apart and search it over. the stamps may have been rubbed off but take the stock off and the rifle but, it should be there. if not, start taking it appart, make sure to take notes on how it goes back together. verry important!

The Remington web site says that this rifle was made between 1932 and 1935. Approximately 163,000 were made. The serial numbers start at 000001 and go up to 163000.
