Value depends on the condition of the gun, the date of manufacture, and the current market. With the pending inauguration of B. Obama, the price of guns is soaring as his anti-gun (of any kind) position is very well known.

The current market is high in anticipation of gun banning legislation. Pistols which were selling for $500 a year ago are now over $700.

U.S. Repeating Arms was the manufacturer of Winchester rifles. There are two significant events during its production: In 1964, beginning with serial numbers from 2,700,000 and on, certain parts in the receiver were built with stampings rather than machine work. Thus a post 1964 (see the serial number) is worth less, given all other factors equal, than a pre 1964. Your rifle is a PRE 1964 model. After 1964, several variants of the rifle were produced. That information would be necessary to obtain a more accurate valuation. The .32 Win Spcl was discontinued in 1973.

Finally, U.S. Repeating Arms ceased production of the Model 94 on March 14, 2007.

The 94 in .32 Spcl was never very popular and this chambering does not add to the value of the gun. Here is the information found in the 26th editing of the Blue Book of Guns (2005):

Model 94 production carbine in 100% condition: $500, in 60% condition, the value is $275. The only premium is for .25-35 which you don't have.

However, condsidering the possibility of legislation, the fact that these rifles are no longer manufactured, the book prices are no longer very valid. In late summer of 2008, I purchased a 1953 Pre 1964 Model 94 .32 Win Special in fair condition for $625 and several gun dealers have told me that this was a reasonable price. Not knowing the condition of your gun, but assuming about 70%, you could probably get a little more than that in a private sale.
