They weren't date coded until 1922, date can be determined serial no.
The manufacture dates for this model are between 1909 and 1936. Go to the Remington web page and type in the date code where prompted. The date code is 2 or 3 letters on the left side of the barrel. However I do not know the value of these gun. I am looking for that answer myself.

The Remington Model 41 was made from 1936-1939, they will have the date code stamped on the left side of the barrel. You can look up this code at the Remington Society of America, I will add a related link to this answer with it.
