The 'Good Show' is the middle of a three tier award system to acknowledge achievement in the Royal Australian Air Force. Recipients are presented with a framed certificate detailing the contribution they have made to the RAAF. For lesser contributions, members may receive the 'Spiffingly Good Job' award for acts such as completing annual training online without being prompted, or working past 1200 on a Friday. The highest award is the ''Jolly Good Show' award which is normally reserved for those who feature in Air Force News more than 5 times in one issue - namely fighter pilots, women, or police dogs with their handlers.

There's no fun in playing it safe. Why not try something a little unhinged?
