For lesser contributions, members may receive the 'Spiffingly Good Job' award for acts such as completing annual training online without being prompted, or working past 1200 on a Friday. The highest award is the ''Jolly Good Show' award which is normally reserved for those who feature in Air Force News more than 5 times in one issue - namely fighter pilots, women, or police dogs with their handlers.
