Just about eveything, except for maybe some of the suspension components. The D100 was just a lighter version of the D150. The motors and transmissions never really change except for minor emissions changes. Dodge had used that body style from 1974 to 1993. Hope this helps.

The last time I went to turn in some scrap metal, my 86 D150 weighed in at about 3000Ibs. without anything, including me. This is what mine was if I remember correctly, but mine has an inline six. If this does not help you out, just go to your local scrap yard or garbage transfer station, they usually will let you weigh in for free. Hope this helps.
No.
The fuel filter for a 1992 d150 is on the passenger side of the vehicle. It is mounted on the frame rail, just in front of the rear wheel.
It is behind the battery.
