I honestly think that people shouldn't be insecure about themselves and if they are a little chunky that's okay. It necessarily not a bad thing to be a little chunky. But I would say the weight that would be healthy for a 5'2 female would be about 130. If you want to lose more weight jog about 5 times a week and eat healthy meals.
