There's no such thing as 'mensturbate', it sounds like a combination of masturbate and menstruate.

Masturbate means sexually stimulating yourself, usually by rubbing or otherwise stimulating your genitals. Menstruation refers to monthly shedding of the uterine lining if a woman doesn't fall pregnant. Mensturbate may refer to masturbating on your period, but frankly that's just silly.
