Isn't President Obama malotto rather than African American?

Malotto is what it is. Perhaps he is not proud of his heritage

Can a malotto be African American and native American?

A Mulatto, according to Dr. Pilgrim of Ferris University, is an African American whose skin is so white that they do not know their own race. Logically, one could assume that someone who is both a Native American and an African American would be considered a Mulatto. However, the Mulatto is just a myth. They were always depicted as self-hating.

If a father is black does that make his child black?

Yes. All it takes is a small amount of Black-African ancestry to be Black. Black genes are dominant and that is why the saying "1 drop" is common. A person who is 3/4ths White will often still look Black, however someone who is 3/4ths black and 1/4th White will often look 100% African.

Why is obama called the first BLACK president instead of first malotto or first half and half or first preisident that will actually do something for the little guy?

Barack Obama is often referred to as the first Black president because his father was of African descent. The term "Black" has historical and cultural significance, and it is commonly used to describe individuals with African heritage. Additionally, it is worth noting that Obama's racial identity is complex, as his mother was of white American descent and his father was from Kenya. However, the term "Black" is used to acknowledge his African ancestry and the significance of his presidency in terms of representation for the Black community.

What is the population of African-Americans in Louisiana?

The original inhabitants of the Louisiana territory were the Black Washitaws. They were the original mound builders that built thousands of mounds and piramids along the Mississippi river valley basin. Their decendants still live in Louisiana, which is their ancestral home. They successfully sued the United States in international court for selling the Louisiana Territory, their ancestral homeland. As a result, the US had to give back 60,000 acres in Louisiana and they are recognized by the UN as a separate nation. Louisiana has benefited tremendously from the presence of Africans in America. Since New Orleans was a major slave port, it had its pick of the most skilled African architects, iron workers, builders and other artisans. That's why all slave port cities were laid out so beautifully, with exquisite architecture, iron working and craftmanship. The African American influence in Louisiana has been tremendous. Unfortunately, the various rivaling European cultures in Louisiana were very oppressive to Africans. They created a rigid cast system based on skin color. The idea of creole, octaroon, quadroon and malotto originated in Louisiana's cast system.
