i am not posotive about this but its a close estimate. heightened perception is known as the "sixth sense". horses all have heightened perception but it is very rare in humans. what it is is like an inner feeling about something, like you know when something is wrong, or you can hear special things that others cant, there are different types of this. also, it does not mean they are crazy. seeing dead people is also not possible with heightened perception. i have heard cases of people being able to feel wave forms as their sixth sense. for example, if you were twenty feet away from this person and you talked to them, they would feel the vibrations and waves of your voice as it passes them.
