What do you mean "what's happening with them"? Are you talking about all the rumors? Well, it's fact that they've been going out for a long time (about a year and a half)
but there's rumors that she was pregnant and miscarried, and there's been TONS of other rumors, but the other ones had absolutely no truth to them.
Now the pregnancy rumor, I don't know. It would look like it could be true. Sarah for a while was getting, kinda like, it's hard to explain, but just her face looked weird as hell, like bloated and rounded, and then her stomach was starting to look funny.
Then all of a sudden she's back to normal looking, and everybody's running around denying it.
So who knows if those are true. I'd prefer to NEVER know!
