well is adverb which show how an action has don? but good i adjective which moifies noun or pronoun. and about ok. ok is less stronger then fine. if we say i am ok it means so so but if we say i am fine it means there is no problem or my situation is good. and also sometimes you may heared people use i am good. in here means i am happy or everything goes well with me.
