Camaraderie is normally used to describe the friendships and 'bond' between people that work together to achieve a goal. This could be work colleagues, a sports team, a regiment of soldiers, anything like that. You usually see 'camaraderie' used where the people involved perhaps were strangers to begin with but have formed a close bond by spending a lot of time together and acting together to achieve something.

Friendship has pretty much the same meaning as camaraderie, but it doesn't carry that same implication of 'bond formed due to working towards common goal'. It could just be a normal friendship that has nothing to do with working together or common goal.

That's how I see the difference, anyway.
