well that's a tough question. i take Ballet and ive pinned down my cuisin who playes football. many times. but i cant actually play football. so ballerinas who are trying to get a guy to believe ballet is hard have them do a develope. and football players ask the ballerina to try and tackle you. (but be careful don't like pull any muscles or any thing) so over all they just use different muscles and gets them a different kind of strong
