When the blastocyst gets implanted into the endometrium, a series of modifications of endometrium take place. The modified endometrium is then called decidua or decidua of pregnancy. These changes take over the whole uterus.
What do you mean by decidua?
Corpus luteum from ovary produce the hormone, progesterone. After the implantation of the pregnancy the endometrium terns into decidua. Then onwards the placenta produces the hormone, progesterone to term.
Is a membrane
The inside of the uterus is lined with the "endometrium" which is shed every month if you are not pregnant. Once you get pregnant that lining changes to the "decidua" which stays in place because of the hormone progesterone and hCG the pregnancy hormone during pregnancy.
A bacterial disease leading to changes in the decidua.

Yes, decidual bleeding can occur after implantation bleeding. Implantation bleeding typically happens when a fertilized egg attaches to the uterine lining, usually around a week after conception. Decidual bleeding, on the other hand, can occur later in pregnancy, often due to hormonal changes or the shedding of the decidua (the uterine lining during pregnancy). While both types of bleeding can be normal, any unusual bleeding during pregnancy should be discussed with a healthcare provider.
