no an additional app is used to pirate apps, its called AppSync and is available in the crackulous repo, not sure of the exact address off hand. you then download apps via appulo.us. so no jailbreaking does not = pirating. jailbreaking is perfect legal, even if apple wishes it wasnt.

first try Maing sure you are signed up to file dude fleape and apptrakr and have a craker name second make sure usernames and passwords are correct the if that doesent work delete everything from cydia.hackulo.us including installous and everything the delete the source itself restart ipod/iphone then open cydia the go into sources and add cydia.hackulo.us and reinstall installous and caraclulos any extentions that insall keep on then try uploading again and if that doesnt work sign up with all new accounts and try again
