Your question is pretty much not answerable as asked. Colt has made many handguns in that caliber in different models and variations of models. You also did not provide the serial number. If you call Colt and give them the sn, they can tell you.

if double action revolver it was probably made about 1923
I found a Colt army special with that serial number being made about 1916.Don.t know the value though it would depend on it's condition.
Colt made a single action army revolver that used 32.23 ammo & I believe Winchester, Colt lightning, Savage & Remington made 32.20 rifles,if that answers your question
