BBLaunchAgent is a waste of time - I think its supposed to help to launch Blackberry Desktop Manager software when you connect your blackberry to your Mac. But it doesn't, it just sits in your dock eating up CPU cycles and you can't get rid of it. If you force quit, it is relaunched straight away. It also stops you from logging out or restarting your Mac.

Solution? Go to /Library/Application Support/Blackberry and rename BBLaunchAgent.app to BBLaunchagent.old.app. Then quit the program in your dock. Now you can manually launch desktop manager, without this piece of crap.
