Exel Arms of America imported Spanish shotguns until 1967. All of the Lanber Armas O/U guns were 12 gauge 2-3/4" or 3". The Laurona O/U snd S/S came in 12, 16, & 20. There should be markings on the side of the barrel somewhere. If in doubt, take it to a reputable gunsmith.
Excel Arms of America, Gardner, MA., was an importer of guns made by Lanber, Laurona and Ugartechia and ceased importing during 1967. It is unlikely to find enough current sales of your model to get an accurate value. All 3 makers were in Spain, and only Lanber is still in production. A Lanber O/U retails for $450-$700 or so .
With out knowing the Make,Model,Gauge, and condition I would but the value between $25.00 and $30,000.00 i have used the lanber 2087 for 1 yr and no problem to report so far great shooting gun jimmy phelps keywest There are some Spanish manufactured shotguns that are true works of art and worth several thousand dollars, but their reputation is spoiled by a lot of cheaply made firearms.

"Gauge" in Spanish can be translated as "calibre" or "medidor."
18 gauge is the next smallest from 16 gauge. Size runs from highest number being the smallest gauge to lower numbers being the larger gauge. IE: 18g 16g 14g 12g 10g
1970
Analog gauges do not use digital numbers or digital displays. Analog gauges use dials or a pointer. Think hands moving around a dial as in an analog speedometer. If it has digital numbers then it is not an analog gauge it is a digital gauge.
I have a 12 gauge shotgun with the numbers 4041 on it. It has a double barrel and double trigger and hammerless. Could someone tell me what year it was made?
