Now, it depends what results you want. But, when you say DIET, it means you want to be skinny, but not skeleton thin, so you only have skin and when people draw your portrait they draw a stick figure. And you don't want them to draw a circle either, wich is awkward and rude to draw for overweight people.

Step 1. Take a look at what you're eating. Junk food addictions need to start with this : A salad. Maybe tomatoes, lettuce and onions. If you love burgers put some bread in, and imagine your burger fell in a bowl, or on a plate.

Skinny people should stop starving themselves, and eat some chicken, or a burger or something with meat in it. If you're a vegetarian, try to eat something with meat. If you won't eat meat, have vegetables like potatoes. Make them into fat chips. Tasty! Or mashed spuds. Yummy! You could put mince on it, or gravy. Delicious! Fruits like apples or Oranges cut be cut up. Scrumptious! If the chips get greasy it can ruin your meal. How? That fattening grease is terrible for your health. Plus, avoid salt on your dishes and demand no salt on your food. Respect! Do this for 3 weeks.

Step 2. How you doin'? Try to try out new foods. More health, more goodness, more slimming results! Or, try to make foods into their oppisites. How? Potato chips should be turned into potato slices. Kethcup should be tomatoes. Fizzy orange, regular orange juice.

Crisps=Potato

Ketchup=Tomato

Fizzy Orange=Orange Juice

Look for new foods online! Try for 1 week.

Step 3. After a long month of No Junk Food, Just Good Food, it all comes to this. Now, if your body to look good and fit, can't help you with that. Or, if you liked junk food and your friends do too, try lifting those, 'Awkward overweight circles'. If you were skinny and your friends are, lift those 'Stick Figures', even though you won't gain much...
