For men there are numerous genital piercings that you can get...but most are really for aesthetic than they are functional. The best piercing for sexual stimulation bar none for a man is the apadravya, which is a piercing that goes vertically down all the way through the head of the penis. Ampallangs are not really advisable since they tend to rub on the cervix, which isn't all that comfortable for women. Frenums are subjective...some women like them and some don't. Prince Albert's are like frenums...some women like then and some don't mainly because they also tend to rub on the cervix and can be painful, and they do a little, but not much for the guy. Aside from these, there are other genital piercings to get for men, but none have sexual importance. From there, the next step is genital beading or ribbing. This is of course more painful...but the results can't be compared as far as overall effectiveness, but still...some women find them painful. For this reason, if you get implants, stick with silicone and stay away from teflon. For women...the only two piercings that are worth your time to get (aside from the nipples) would be the clitoris and or the clitoral hood. Most women prefer the latter of the two, since it can be used as a sexual aide, but they don't have to worry so much about having random orgasms whilst getting used to it.
