Any amount of alcohol impairs your ability to drive. Two drinks is usually more than enough to put a person over the legal limit.

That depends on whether or not the person has developed alcohol tolerance. A study found that when alcoholics were brought to a BAC of .10, almost one quarter (24%) showed absolutely no clinical signs of impairment.
