Sansa Media Converter is the best converter for your Sansa. But since this may be a little bit different then what your used to I am going to give you the instructions on how to use it. But before I tell you that, it is easiest to download songs by Windows Media Player. All youhave to do is insert your disc into the drive hit the "Rip" tab and then hit the "Rip" button on the bottom of the page. Once 'ripped' the songs will be added to the "Library". Open the library. Hit "Sync"(should be on the left side of the page) and drag the music you want into the 'Sync' box on the right. Make sure your Sansa is plugged in though!
