no slayer doesnt because you can get xp for your cb lvl from att str def range mage prayer summoning and hp so your going to be using 1 of those methods for slayer so you dont really need it to get up cb lvls.

Well howdy. en bout ur question wot cb skill is lowest coz it depends on ur lvl the more lvls u get up the more xp u need 2 get up another lvl and im tellin ya if u want really high max hits str is the lvl 4 u 2 get up but if ur like say cb lvl 30, or lower train atk and def for a good weapon and armu wen u want str up with high numbers. and trust me im lvl 65 in cb and ive played this game 4 a while and dont give up on this game coz ur a noob coz im lvl 65 and ive never been a member.if u ask more rs questions plz add greenlas1 2 ur friends list and ill answer ur question. You can make 1m+ per hour killing green dragons. The way i do it is to use a games necklace and teleport to clan wars. You should look at a green dragon killing guide.
