a diet is just another word for disaster. a huge majority of diets fail. when i was 12 i wanted to lose weight fast as well. now im a bit older and i can say that i grew into my body. you havent fully reached your height yet, but if you do want to lose a bit of weight just do easy exercises like walking places if they are close by instead of someone driving you (if you are allowed) and cut down the junk food in yoour diet. Instead of having a packet of chips have an apple or carrot.
