The Rifle was made between 1957-58. without more information about the condition of the rifle it is not possible to answer your question with an estimate of value.
I've gone through several air gun catalogues and have been unable to locate a Daisy model 170 bb gun that has ever been made. I did find a Daisy BB gun model 5170 and a BB rifle model 1170 along with a BB rifle model 107 but "NO" model 170. So here is what I suggest. Contact Daisy, They offer a service to evaluate older Daisy antiques for free. See the link below.
There were 2 different Daisy model 107. Model 107 Buck Jones Special 1934 - 1942 Model 107 1957 - 1958 (Plastic Stock)

Revelation Model 107 was made by Mossberg (Model 640K)
Made 1957-58. You did not state the condition of the rifle so no estimate of value can be given. it is good condition but needs painting $50 to $70 depending on the condition of the rifle (It must still be in working condition.) If it's broken the value falls off considerably.
Whenever you have an antique, the value is determined by the condition of the Item. If I asked you "How much is my 57 chevy worth?" You would ask "What condition is it in." It's the same with air guns / rifles. You need to provide more information. Give it some sort of rating like. POOR, FAIR, GOOD, VERY GOOD, or EXCELLENT. this will help me set an estimated value. The model 107 was made between 1957-58 and it's was a rifle not a gun.
