There are no model #'s 3661 in the Colt PYTHON line. I assume that is the serial number you are reading from the revolvers frame. The #3661 puts date of mfg at 1957-1958. Nickel may comand a slight premium over the standard royal blue. It is subject to taste of the buyer as many prefer the deep blue finish. Value depends on the firearms condition and if it has original facotry grips. In excellent shape the value runs $1,100-$1,400. internet prices seem higher, but I purchased a 1965 4" PYTHON in Nickel with original grips in execellent shape for $1,250 this year (2008).
