$300-$400 depending on condition and action-type. I bought a used Beretta for $350 that is Double Action Only. It is probably not as valuable as a full Double/Single model. I really enjoy my Beretta.

The model 19 is a 9mm only proposition. The model 19 is not available in .40 caliber, but the model 23 is the same size gun and it is a .40 caliber gun. Some people would say that the model 23 is the .40 caliber version of the model 19.

Depends on which model Beretta, and what condition it is in. A like-new Beretta 92 with adjustable sights might be worth $500. The same condition Beretta Cougar might be $350. If either of them are rusty or nicked or scratched, make it $250 or so.
It depends on who made it and what condition it is in. If it's a Hi-Point carbine, they are on the lower-end for value and price even though they are known to be reliable. It might be worth $200 U.S. Dollars. But a Beretta or Ruger .40 caliber carbine might be worth $500 or so.
