If your referring to the SACS meetings of sports: I was a SACS member and sadly I don't remember exactly what it stands for but you meets once a couple weeks to discuss the sport your representing. for example, the tennis team was having to practice with their courts half lit, enabling their vision for the ball. So the tennis representative would explain their situation in the meeting and essentially, the leader would find someone to fix their problem. Also if a new legislation was called upon for a sport(s), the members would vote for or against it.
