A 2COP (2 types of alchohol/Consumption On Premesis) license, here in the great state of Florida, is a license to sell beer and wine on-premises. Essentially, it's for a beer bar.
Pretty sure a 6 pack of beer has more fl. oz. than 2 glasses of red wine. Plus wine is prevents cancer or something :D
