Anything in excess of 200G's would be similar to jumping/falling off a tall 100 story floor on a 30ft concrete floor, being in a space rocket heading straight for earth, or more realistically, the impact of a chinese satellite on the moon surface would have been about that much.

For reference, people black out at ~9G's of acceleration!

300G would be like lifting 300x your body weight
