CCs are a measure of volume- like gallons. Grains are measure of weight- like pounds. 7ccs of lead will not weigh the same as 7cc of sugar. No way we can answer without knowing 7ccs of WHAT?
You're probably referring to gun powder. All gun powders are different. They don't all have the same density. You'd need to refer to the powder manufacturer for that conversion.
