What if your iPod touch 2nd Gen wont charge all the time you have to put it in the perfect spot to work and that only works for a little while how can you or can you fix this problem?

Make sure you plug it in properly, or no electricity will flow through the cord to charge the iPod Touch. Check the cable you are using to charge it, too, since faulty cables will not charge iPod Touches. If you are not using a computer and cable to charge it, check that the equipment (be it a stereo, iHome, etc.) you are using to charge it is also working.
