i have been in and out of tattoo shops for atleast 12 yrs and i do tattoos myself so ive been there when people of course come to get piercings done and from what your describing it sounds like your getting an infection either from the type of jewelry youre using or maybe you just didnt keep it clean as you shouldve or you did it yourself or the person at the shop didnt do it right or tell you the appropriate way to take care of it. either way you should get the jewelry out right away and not pop the bubble as your calling it. you should try to use a warm water and sea salt solution to help the healing of this "bubble" do not pop it. dont use a n d ointment on it don not use peroxide or alcohol on it either. the best thing is the warm water and a sea salt solution but i would definitely seek professional advice from a local shop. they should be able to help you out better by being able to look at it and make a decision. if you did it yourself definitely go to your local body art studio or tattoo shop that has body piercing. if you did get this at a shop i would go to that shop and see what maybe they could do for you
