You continue your honeymoon as normal, menstruation doesn't stop you doing anything.

If you want to have sex then have sex, during menstruation sex can be a lot more enjoyable and menstrual blood is no less hygienic than any other vaginal fluid so nothing to worry about. You can choose to avoid penetrative vaginal sex if you'd rather avoid dealing with blood, otherwise you can have sex in the shower or use products such as softcups or soft tampons that stop blood leaving your vagina while still allowing penetrative sex.
