When did you detect the lh surge? It's possible that you haven't ovulated yet if it's just been a day or two. Also, are you taking your temperature first thing when you wake up, before you get out of bed?

What does no lh surge mean?

Is it possible for someone who is college educated, and as far as that person knows to be a U.S. citizen, having raised two children, literate, physically healthy, and although has been diagnosed with certain mental disorders such as ADD, borderline personality disorder, to actually be a ward of the state with no rights to privacy or rights to knowledge concerning that person's health and what is really done to that person by doctors (for example during surgeory or at routine gynecologist visits)? And if it is possible, is it legal? What rights does a person have in order to find out if there are foreign objects in their body if they have already tried to get an attorney without any luck and cannot be x-rayed without doctors, lawyers, etc. ?

Why would the doctor want you to take the birth control pill without a break?

Taking the birth control pills continuously without placebos lowers the risk of endometrial cancer and accidental pregnancy. It may reduce symptoms of endometriosis or lower the risk of follicular cysts. In some women, it decreases migraine or seizures. Lastly, it's sometimes used prior to fertility induction to lower elevated levels of LH.

What is the most fertile time in a womens menstrual cycle?

One view: when it starts Another view - The most fertile time in a woman's menstrual cycle is around the time that she ovulates. This is usually around day 12-14 of a 28 day cycle but if your cycle is shorter or longer then this may change. A good way to see if/when you ovulate is to use a fertility monitor / ovulation predictor such as Clearblue which detects when your LH (luteinizing hormone) level surges, usually indicating imminent ovulation.
