It can often times make the user violently ill, and does depress the digestive tract quite a bit. It can cause hyperventilation, due to the effects on your lungs. It acts as a sedative on the nervous system, slowing reflexes and making you drowsy. It also adversely affects both genders' sexual performance, and can cause a womans ovulation cycle to become irregular over time.

Really though, I'm sure it will be fantastic. It is chemically the best high you can get Heroin taps straight into your brain. But then you can't get any other high, then even being sober feels like a crash. Then you're a heroin addict. Everybody does drugs for their own reasons, imagine the only way for you to stave of crushing, overpowering depression would be to shoot up? And you'd need to shoot up several times a day? That's heroin. There aren't many "functional" heroin addicts.
Listen, I'm not preaching; I've done more speed than I'd ever admit to. But be careful with some things. To the world in general if you "just want to try it," at least snort it and lower the HIV risk. That doesnt lower the getting shot picking it up risk, you're on your own for that one.
