I do not think that u can find a useful 10 second online timer. I am not sure what you would like to time, but just the request to a server will porbably take more than 10 seconds. You can maybe use a client side timer, that is, one that runs a program on your own computer, just a java script timer that runs on you web browser . That may be ok, but directly to look at a server side timer, software that runs on a remote web site, is not a good solution. Hard to say what you need the timer for. There are some java script links below that may be helpful. If you give more details about the application of the timer, maybe i can help you
A timer ball cant max out, however once you use a timer ball the number of turns that have took place will be reset
Well, if you mean to say that if they hold a timer ball while facing a wild Pokemon, then they will catch them automatically, the answer is no. If you give a ball to a Pokemon to hold, it becomes completely useless until you take it back.So the answer is no
Yes, but it might take awhile

The clock speed refers to how fast the timer the processor runs at. The architecture refers to the design and the types of instructions it will take (e.g. Intel/AMD x86/x86_64, ARM, MIPS to name a few).

Use the fact that 4 and 7 have no common prime factors. If you run both timers at the same time, restarting each one whenever it rings, then sooner or later the seven-minute timer will go off two minutes after the four-minute timer did - and then you're in business. In detail: m0: start both timers m4: timer 4 rings, restart it m7: timer 7 rings, restart it m8: timer 4 rings, restart it m12: timer 4 rings, start cooking the egg m14: timer 7 rings, restart it m21: timer 7 rings, take out the egg. The egg went in at minute 12 and came out at minute 21 - nine minutes of cooking. This works because the 7-minute timer rang two minutes after the 4-minute timer did; the seven-minute timer times the last stretch. You can also make the 4-minute timer time the last stretch, and this is actually quicker (I just realized): m0: start both timers m4: timer 4 rings, restart it m7: timer 7 rings, put in the egg m8: timer 4 rings, restart it m12: timer 4 rings, restart it m16: timer 4 rings, take out the egg The egg went in at minute 7 and came out at minute 16, which means it cooked for nine minutes.

A 555 timer is used in fire detection because it can take samples at regular intervals. This allows the mechanisms to accurate detect fires without a need to constantly strain the batteries.
