∙ 12y agoFrom My Brothers experience i don't recommend it unless your iPod is having problems, restoring your itouch completely deletes everything off your itouch (music,videos,photos,apps) i recommend first transfering everything to your library so you can put it back on :)

Pros and cons of jailbreaking an itouch?
Pros: There are many features in the applications given after you jailbreak your iTouch, and it lets you change more settings that aren't available without jailbreaking your iPod. Cons: It may crash your itouch, but you should be able to restore the iTouch in iTunes to it's original settings, by clicking the button that says "Restore to factory Settings" in itunes while your itouch is connected.
