What is their probable cause to search, and... where is their warrant? More importantly, were you given the right to refuse "treatment" in your patients "Bill of Rights"? Most "Bill of Rights" forbid retaliation for exercising your rights!
If you are a veteran, nothing happens except your primary care physician can see the results (and they probably ordered them). I would question the legality of a federally funded hospital to urine test you though.

This actually differs from hospital to hospital as well as from reason to reason. It's hard to pinpoint because there is no actual department one can call for urine tests. It's best to just call the help department and get more information from there.

Any hospital or doctor that orders a drug screen rather blood or urine will test for 5-7 different types of substance. Methadone is considered an opiate drug as well as oxicodone hydroconone and so on. Opiate drugs is one of the 5-7 drugs tested for. If methadone is taken you will test positive opiates.
Most hospital labs will process urine drug screens, and within a few hours, too.
