Firstly, what an idioitic thing to do! Secondly, the answer, you will most probably be expelled with a criminal record!
You will not be charged by the law as long as you have a good reason. Bring a knife or something to defend yourself with, all of your money, pay-as-you go cell phone, and extra clothes. You might want to bring something to sleep on and something to use as a blanket. You might have to do things for the money... stealing and mugging. Plan EVERYTHING! Good luck.
Why do I have to appear in court after being caught using a cell phone while driving? how much does the ticket + court costs are going to cost me?
No, because it is not their personal property and is a violation of privacy. Students do have the right to not give up their phone to school officials
Being charged as a drug dealer does not take much. Being caught with any amount of marijuana along with multiple baggies, and or a scale, and or documentation of people you have sold to will constitute the intent to sell charge. There are also instances of being caught with any more than an ounce being an intent to sell too if the cop can somehow prove it. I was charged with trafficking in marijuana for having text messages indicating dealings on my cell phone. I was also busted with a broken digital scale (did not turn on, error'd out), but was still charged with trafficking. It is not taken lightly in Ohio, I was given 2 years probation and I was caught with under an ounce. Also I lost my license for a year, and have to attend drug awareness classes. The scale and my cell phone screwed me, but I was also busted with plastic baggies and the cops left those in my car (strangely enough)
Its not against the law...especially if the school asks you to leave your cell phones at home or in your locker or w.e but they shouldn't be able to search you for it unless they have probable cause so a teacher just says hey ima search you for your cell phone you politely decline and say i don't have one :)
it would be worth the class A. misdemeanor to punch there lights out for stealing
it depends what school ur in...i prolly wouldn't take it out if i were you...
If they don't get caught.
No, you just find a phone, but if you don't give it to the company, then it's stealing.
Well ... Its better when you turn your phone either on silent or turn it completeley off. I wouldn't be caught dead if my phone went off during school hours.
You get caught, arrested for fraud, go to jail. Do you think the folks at the phone store would not recognize a clone phone? BAD idea.

yes
I think it would be put as stealing it.
You can but not switched on, Always switch it off! Or put it in your locker!
Ask your crush out at school. Do that and see what happens.
Technically yes However, if the mobile is a COMPANY PHONE then - No it isn't stealing as you are using company equipment. The taking of company phone tile, electricity - even a pencil is taking without premission. IF the company has a policy that you may charge your phone (and its your private phone) then its allowed else it dishonest sppropriate of property
