Artillery, and Gun boats??? Wrong!!! The historically correct answer is: Flintlock pistols and Flintlock Muskets. Search Google for "weapons of the revolutionary war". Many anti-gun people would like to believe that there were no guns in 1787, the year that the U.S. Constitution was written and the Second amendment created . They are wrong. What do you think that Paul Revere was talking about as he rode from town to town yelling "To arms- To Arms!!!"???? Thank God that there was a militia and armed citizens to secure our freedoms from Oppression.
