In my area (Salt Lake City) select Albertson's are open. They staff them with volunteers to help the associates pay for Christmas and get hours for health insurance.
Not sure about grocery stores, but I do know the local Walgreen's is open today, and they do have milk and pizzas, etc. I also know that Speedway and some other major gas stations are open today that also carry these things, as well as "gifts" for those REALLY late shoppers.
