It depends entirely on what you consider mutilation to be. Are breast implants mutilation? How about tattoos? Certainly most anyone would not consider ear piercing mutilation. I can't think of anything I would consider mutilation that makes women look better, except Liposuction, tummy tucks and some facelifts. My mother considers tattoos mutilation, while my dad does not (they are both in their late seventies). It depends what age and sex you are and what type of "beautifying" procedures you would consider mutilation.
